Music has always been a part of Damien's life, from childhood sleepless nights in his bedroom trying to write songs, to bass guitar lessons to high school and college bands. This all culminated in the release of his first solo project, Interstitial. Just like all of his media the production quality of his music has improved over the years, morphing from alternative hip hop into a more industrial vibe.
The critics derided Analog for being too “raw.” So he leaned into that feedback and tried to make the most raw album he could make. 10 Protest songs for a time in history that demands protest. Even the two instrumental tracks are protest songs.
